Audrey Hepburn Inspire Me
Illustrated Magazine

    Audrey Hepurn is a well known actor with an astonishing achievements through her unique characteristic, who look up to. My illustrations captured Audrey ‘s younger self, experiences poverty and illness as a child. She had to discise herself as a ‘courier’ so she would not recognise by the Nazi, during WWII. My intention within the illustrations was to capture her recognisable fashion with a sad visual representations. The illustrations is spread amongst two main page of the magazine and a front cover.
    This front cover of the magazine is a combination of her childhood jobs dress in her most iconic dress, a combination painting that I’ve drawn on procreate drawn in an old fashion, adapting to the Audrey’s time and re-creating this new modern era design.

Introductions Childhood Story

    Audrey Hepurn’s information page on her childhood before her fame outshine most kept identity as a childhood. These drawings I had to use my sister’s baby to model as reference from different poses to have an initial visualisation of the postures.  



Audrey Hepburn Iconic Hat
From A Movie

    Audrey Hepurn and her iconic hat is a stable in her wardrobe, the intricate elements that she has always incorporate into her daily life even across movies she would always have a detail hat to go with every pair of outfits. A symbol when you first glance you would recognise that its related to Audrey Hepburn instantly.



Mock-Up Design
Magazine Visualisation

    My illustration transferred into a magazine mock-up for the final visualisation of the front and inside pages. How this could look as a small book about Audrey’s life journey if I had the time to develop more drawings, combining old and modern visualisation to create something so memorable and exciting to re-visit back often.





Design Reflections
Illustrated Magazine

    This project is where I get to express and shine my illustrating process. Illustration is one of the key factors that reminds me how I feel in love with designing, placing my work into a design format and developing further into a more captivating communication design. In these drawing I’ve went with an organic form drawing which coincide with her beautiful features, translated well to her identity.
